The program provides organization of free excursion tours for disabled people including children having different health disorders. Project is a part of the complex target program on social integration of the disabled people and other persons with health disorders of Moscow, adopted by the Moscow Government for 2007–2010.
The program is aimed at creation of effective mechanisms of social partnership between non-commercial organizations and regional agencies of the state authority in area of social adaptation of people with heavy health disorders for making possible of their full integration into the society; and rendering services of personal helper for 150 people with heavy health disorders.
