• Cooperating with the public authorities, NGOs, international, Russian and regional public associations, business structures in preparation and execution of projects and programs aimed at increasing the life quality of Russian people and assisting the socially unprotected citizens.
• Applying efficient innovative social technologies for the realization of Foundation mission and execution of the projects and programs.
• Developing its own projects, programs and campaigns aimed at improving the life quality of the population and protection of the disadvantaged groups of people.
